This is the reason Mr. Arbuckle chooses to be an architect in a business/marketing driven environment.  It is a logical, rational atmosphere.  His winning philosophy is that every design decision should have a business case.  But that doesn't mean designing in a business environment can't be fun and even whimsical.  There are times when being whimsical is a good business move.
