As VP of Retail, Mr. Lewis is responsible for marketing and business development, oversight, scheduling, and management of all retail projects, control of internal energy budgets, quality control for plans and specifications, selection and management of engineering consultants, code research and permitting, owner/client representative in bidding negotiations and value engineering, construction administration, and total involvement from site design through opening.
