Mr. Ogden is recognized for his ability to recall project specifics within a changing environment, create and implement new techniques, and efficiently organize personnel, consultants and teams in order to accomplish projects within the parameters of client requirements, construction standards, and code-related issues.

For these reasons, Mr. Ogden was appointed Managing Director of Runyon's South East office in Bluffton, South Carolina. His primary focus is to provide an all-around service branch to complement the Dallas office, which expands upon Commercial Retail, Office and Specialized Development promoting project awareness through Architecture and all associated consultants. This will allow enhanced coordinated service efforts for the Southeastern part of the US and other National and International Specialized projects.
